The Highfield Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is designed to support learners in becoming qualified workplace first aiders. This qualification meets the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Health and Safety Executive Northern Ireland (HSENI) requirements for training first aiders in organisations that require staff to be trained at this level following a first aid needs assessment.
